With International Service, The Rotary Club of Trenton is helping others in communities around the world. Our partner support touches lives in Laos, Bangladesh, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic and especially in the north of Turtle Island through our active participation in the Indigenous Peoples Partnership Cluster.
Partners in Creating and Sharing Emergency Food Solutions
Joining with 9 other Rotary Clubs from our region within District 7070, the Rotary Club of Trenton shared in the funding and hands-on preparation of over 12,000 meals with our partner, Kids Against Hunger Canada. These meals are distributed through regional, national and international partners, including one close to home: The Trenton Care & Share Food Bank. The story is told in this short video:

When Director Janet Thorsteinson from the Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise reached out to the Rotary Club of Trenton with an offer to pitch in, we couldn't refuse. These images are from our second "sweat equity" night on which Janet and our own PP Jinni Beens teamed up to teach us some skills.
