Belleville Quinte West Community Health Centre (BQWCHC) is here to support you to reach your wellness goals.
Our health centre has been serving the Belleville and Quinte West area since 2010. We are a not-for-profit, community-based organization offering comprehensive primary health care services along with a wide range of programs and services to improve the health and well-being of people who live in our communities.
The Mission is to improve the health of people and communities, with a focus on those who face barriers to physical, mental and social well being. We do this by ensuring equitable access to primary health care, building community, empowering people, collaborating, and delivering evidence-informed quality programs and services.
