District 7070 Governor Niecy Dillon Tyrovolas is honoured to serve as District Governor.  Niecy talks about our new theme  "Unite or Good" and asks us to focus on key priorities that strengthen our clubs and expand our impact - Membership and Youth. And by all means . she asks us to have FUN while we walk together as we unite for good.........
